Blue Collar Big Money is a job board that lists data center construction jobs and links to postings published by employers and staffing companies. We are not an employer, staffing agency or recruiter. We don't hire anyone, we don't take part in hiring decisions, and listing a job is not an endorsement of the employer.
The weekly take-home figures on the site are our estimates, calculated from the hourly rate, hours and per diem shown in each posting plus the assumptions listed on the page. They are not job offers, guarantees of pay, or tax, legal or financial advice. Per diem eligibility and tax treatment depend on your situation and the employer's rules. Always confirm pay, per diem, schedule and other terms directly with the employer before you accept a job.
We work to keep listings accurate and current, but jobs fill, change and close without notice, and we can't promise any listing is accurate, complete or still open. Links take you to sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, their terms or how they handle your information.
If you pay to post a job, you confirm that you're authorized to hire for it, that the post is accurate and includes real pay information, and that the job and post comply with applicable laws, including equal employment opportunity and pay transparency laws. We may edit a post for format or remove any post that is inaccurate, misleading or unlawful. Paid posts run for the period purchased. If we can't publish a post you paid for, we'll refund it. Posts we remove for breaking these terms are not refunded. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, copying its contents in bulk by automated means, or using it to send spam or post false or harmful information.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blue Collar Big Money is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on information on the site, including a decision to accept, decline or leave a job.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
